1. Scope
YST Hardware complies with PRC export regulations and applicable international trade sanctions.
2. Prohibited end-uses
We will not supply goods for military, WMD, or sanctioned-party end-uses. We verify counterparties through screening checks.
3. Sanctioned parties
Transactions with entities on UN/EU/US/PRC sanction lists are declined. Accounts of restricted parties are blocked.
4. Documentation
Export licenses, CO and certificates are issued per regulations. Buyers must confirm lawful import and end-use.
