Refund Policy
Samples, deposit refunds, quality claims and compensation process.

1. Samples
Sample fees are paid via PayPal, shipped within 3 working days, and are fully credited toward your first bulk order of the same product.
2. Quality claims
Report any defect within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos of the issue and packing details. We review within 3 days and compensate fairly: replacement, credit or refund.
3. Non-conformity
If goods do not match the confirmed specification, we cover return shipping after mutual agreement at our cost (OEM/ODM items must match the signed sample).
4. No refunds for
Custom/OEM goods produced to your specification, delays caused by buyer (late documents, changed packaging), or force majeure.
5. Deposit
A confirmed order's deposit is refundable if production has not started. After production starts, the deposit covers materials; cancellation follows our written agreement.
6. Process
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days by the original payment method.
