Shipping Policy
Lead times, freight terms, and tracking for sea, air and express shipments.

1. Lead time
Samples: 3 working days. Standard orders: 7–15 days after deposit. OEM orders: 20–30 days (per contract).
2. Incoterms
We commonly quote FOB (Ningbo/Shanghai/Qingdao), CIF, CFR, or Ex-Works. Alternative ports on request.
3. Sea freight
Full container (20GP/40GP/40HQ) or LCL consolidation. Loading verified by forwarder. B/L issued after goods onboard.
4. Air & express
DHL/UPS/FedEx for samples and small parcels — door to door in 3–7 days.
5. Documentation
Each shipment includes commercial invoice, packing list, and B/L. Certificates (CO, original, inspection) available on request.
6. Tracking
Tracking numbers are uploaded to your order timeline. Partial shipments are issued per parcel.
7. Duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes at destination are the buyer's responsibility (FOB). We assist with documentation as needed.
