The binding terms for using this website and purchasing from YST Hardware.

1. Agreement
By using this site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. One company may register multiple contacts sharing order visibility.
3. Orders & prices
All prices are FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, exclude duties/taxes/insurance unless stated, and are valid for 30 days. Quotations are not offers until confirmed in writing.
4. Payment
Bulk: T/T 50% deposit + 50% before shipment. Samples: PayPal (fee credited to bulk order). We do NOT accept L/C.
5. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays from events beyond reasonable control (strikes, customs, epidemics, natural disasters).
6. Intellectual property
Content, logos and product images are our property. OEM designs remain confidential. We do not produce counterfeit brands.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected order, except where law forbids limitation.
8. Law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes subject to the courts of Zhejiang Province.
