Account data: name, email, company, country, phone, addresses and order history when you register or order.

Usage data: pages visited, products viewed, inquiry cart contents and approximate location via cookies.

Payment data: processed by PayPal / our bank — we never store card numbers on our servers.

To provide quotations, process samples and orders, and ship goods.

To send order updates, invoices and documents (always possible).

For marketing (only with your opt-in, max 1 mail/week, unsubscribe anytime).

Contract (orders & services), consent (marketing), legitimate interest (fraud prevention & analytics) and legal obligation (export records).

We share data only with: shipping/freight carriers, payment processors, and government authorities when required by law. We never sell personal data.

Access, correct, export, delete your data or withdraw consent. Use the account settings or the "Export / Delete my data" form below. We respond within 30 days.

CCPA: California residents may opt out of "sale" via the Do Not Sell toggle (we do not sell data).

Data is encrypted at rest (Supabase/AWS) and in transit (TLS). Account data is kept while your account is active; we delete after 5 years of inactivity or on request.
